We are here to help

The Customer Support team are full time, permanent employees, based in the UK and reachable by email and through our online helpdesk. In the event of an emergency you can phone to chat to one of our team.

All Support is included in your monthly subscription, so you don’t have to pay a penny for our help but the guys do like cakes and chocolates!

Debs Customer Support Manager

Lovely, cheeky Debs keeps us fed on cooked breakfasts, cookies and cakes the year round. She enjoys making customers feel loved. Debs’ talent is never ending, from understanding domain name servers to high end cuisine – she really is the all round star. Debs has also worked in the design business for 15 years. She loves to play practical jokes.

A pastor for many years, a geek forever, Al serves in his local church as an area leader. Al has over 15 years’ experience of working within software. Paul Web Developer & Tech Support

Paul is our expert website builder who can take a design and make it come alive on the web. As well as building beautiful sites for our clients, Paul helps them with their technical support queries. Fluent in web code languages, Paul can also be heard brushing up on his French, but not usually during a support call.

We solve over 60% of queries within 6 hours of receiving the first email from our customers. Bear in mind that depending on the complexity of the query, we have to email customers back for more info – so that’s pretty quick!
